4018ORDINANCE NO. 4018
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
TO TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.58, SECTION 14.58.050
RELATING TO TRAFFIC SIGNAL FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.58 be, and the same is
hereby, amended by adding hereto Section 14.58.050 to the
Anaheim Municipal Code to read as follows:
1114.58.050 Waiver
The City Council reserves the right
to waive all or a portion of the traffic signal fees
of any person, partnership or corporation when in
the opinion of the Council good cause has been shown
therefor."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of
June, 1979.
