4021ORDINANCE NO. 4021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
1 LT. L -23U determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

utilities.
4. What drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory, to the City Enc -,i neer.
5. Tilat the 0JJner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the apnronriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as deter.r.,iined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees
to be ;aid at the time the buildin; permit is issued.
6. That all private streets shall be developed in accord-
ance with the City of Anaheim's standards for private streets.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1.
o. That no dwelling; units in excess of the number of dwell-
ing units approved in General Plan Amendment No. 123A shall be
approved for construction on the property included in GPA 123A
and/or the "Ranch View" section_ of GPA 123B until such time as
the extension of Fairmont Boulevard is constructed between Canyon
RiT.i Road and Santa Ana Canyon Road.

fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
