3913ORDINANCE NO. 191,; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 70R-29.5 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 22 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in the County of Orange, as shown on a map recorded in book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellan- eous Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southeast line of La Palma Avenue as shown on a map filed in book 609 page 45 of Parcel Maps, records of said Orange County, said point being the most Westerly corner of Blue Gum Street described as Parcel One in a deed recorded in book 11130, page 1325, of Official Records of said Orange County, said point being on a curve tangent to the course in La Palma Avenue shown as "North 670 041 44" East", having a radius of 25.00 feet and running thence Easterly and South- easterly along the arc of said curve through a cen- tral angle of 97° 03' 06" a distance of 42.35 feet -1- ATTY-50 69-70-58(4) to a line tangent;. thence South 150 521 10". East along said line 303.79 feet to the Northeast bound- ary of that parcel conveyed to the State of Califor- nia in a deed recorded in book 8152, pages 1 through 4 inclusive said point being on a non -tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of'4679.00 feet, a radial line at which point bears North 170 22.1 2111 East; thence Northwesterly along said bound- ary through a central angle of 10 001 1811 a distance of 82.07'feet to a compound curve having a radius of 1950.00 feet; thence, along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 8° 591 3811 a distance of 306..10 feet; thence North 620 371 43" West 90.37 feet to the South-easterly line of La Palma Avenue; thence along said La Palma Avenue the following courses and distances: North 700 331 1511 East 210..83 feet, North 670 04.1 4411 East 1.35.09 feet to the true point .of beginning. AND PARCEL 1: That .portion of Lot 22 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in the County of Orange, as shown on a map recorded in book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel- laneous Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows: Beginning at .a point on the Southeasterly line of La Palma Avenue, 83 feet wide, said point being the most -Westerly corner of that parcel -of land conveyed to Drayton, Inc., by a deed recorded September 20, 1971,.in book 9809, page 63 of Official Records of said Orange County and running thence along said South- easterly line the 'following courses and distances: South 740 07.1 5011. West 62.12 .feet, South 710 161 1211 West 40.08 feet, South 740 07.1 50" West 20.85 feet to a tangent curve concave Southeasterly in the boundary of Blue Gum Street' as described in Parcel One of a Deed recorded April 29, 1974,.in book 11130, page 1325 of Official Records of said Orange County, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence, Southerly along the are of said curve through a central angle of 900 001 a distanceof 39.27 feet to a line tangent; thence South.'150 521 10". East along said line 265.19 feet to a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 29.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve througha central angle of 57° 241 55" a distance of 29.06 feet to a compound curve con- cave Northerly having a radius of 4619.00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 10 571 3911 a distance of 158.08 feet. to th-e Southwesterly corner of the above mentioned parcel conveyed to Drayton, Inc.; thence, North' 150 521 1011 West along the Southwesterly boundary thereof,.399.46 feet. to the true point of beginning, -2- now is "RS -A-43,0.00" RESIDEIvTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in 11ML11 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along White'Star Avenue, B1ue'Gum Street and La Palma Avenue includ- ing'preparation of improvement plans and installation of all improve- ments., such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks., street grading and paving, drainage facilities or other appurtenant work shall be com- plied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with' standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that .street lighting facilities along White Star Ave- nue, Blue Gum Street, and La Palma Avenue shall be installed as re- quired by the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. 2.. That .trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with -approved plans on file with'the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That all- air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view. 5. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 6. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the Planning Department, and any landscaped areas in the parking areas shall be protected with'six-inch high concrete curbs, and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces as required by the Planning Department., SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which'it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone'or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional -zoning map to be added to.the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance .and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -3- THE FOREGOING.ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th. day of 'moi mom, io7R_ JLW : fm -4- STATE OF.
