AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A FACILITY LEASE
DATED AUGUST 31, 19789 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMEND-
MENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. A Facility Lease dated August 31, 19782 b and between
the City of Anaheim and City of Anaheim (California Stadium, Inc.,
a California nonprofit corporation, pertaining to Anaheim Stadium
has heretofore been approved by the City Council of the City -of
Anaheim by Ordinance No. 3892.
2. An Amendment to Facility Lease dated for convenience as
of September 12, 1978, amending the terms and conditions of said
Facility Lease heretofore approved by Ordinance No. 3892, has
been submitted to the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and
the City Council hereby finds -and determines that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Facility Lease be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
3. This Ordinance is subject to referendum pursuant to the
provisions of Section 1303 of the Charter of the City of Anaheim
and Sections 4050 et .seq. of the Elections Code of the State of
California.
4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to exe-
cute the Amendment to Facility Lease for, and on behalf of, the
City of Anaheim.
5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City', and thirty (30). days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be .in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of. the City of Anaheim this 19th day of ' September ,
