AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council

WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lot .6 of Tract No. 1843, .in the City. of Anaheim, as
per map recorded in book 53,.pages 45 and 46, Miscel-
laneous Maps, .in the office of the county recorder of
said county.,
now is " "RS -.7200.". RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE and that .it be
changed to and incorporated in "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND PRO-
FESSIONAL ZONE upon the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
2.. That :all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residen-
tial homes,.prior to final building and zoning inspections.

3. That -the parking areas shall be 'lighted withdown-
lighting of a maximum height of six-(6.).feet, which shall be
directed away from the property lines to protect .the residential
integrity of the area, and that .said lighting shall be installed.
prior to final building and zoning inspections.
4.. That 'any structures which are converted from residential
todcommercial uses shall be brought up to minimum standards of the
Uniform Building,. Plumbing and Electrical Codes, as adopted by the
City of Anaheim, for commercial buildings, prior. to final building
and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City. Zoning Map shall, be,' and the same is hereby., .
amended: and the. property. above-described shall, be. excluded from
the zone 'in which .it is now .situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as -above .set forth., and said City
Zoning Map, as amended,.is hereby adopted -and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to.be:added
to the City.Zoning Map showing the changes -hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify -to the passage of this
Ordinance -'and shall cause -the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its.adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin.,.
a newspaper of general circulation,,printed., .published and cir-
culated' in said Ci.ty., and thirty. .(30). days from and after its
final passage,. it shall- take effect' .and be in full force.
