101 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEAL-
ING SUBSECTION 18.61.020.310 OF CHAP'T'ER 18.61
AND SUBSECTION 18.63.020.460 OF CHAPTER 18.63,
. TITLE 18, OF THE ANAHEIM IIU14ICIPAL CODE AND
ADDING NMI SECTIONS Iii THEIR PLACE AND STEAD
RELATIiG TO ZONING.
FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Subsection 18.61.020.310 of Chapter 18.61 and Sub-
section 18.63.020.460 of Chapter 18.63, Title 18, of the Anaheim
Municipal Code be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That new Subsection 18.61.020.310 be, and the same is
hereby, added to Chapter 18.61 of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to read as follows:
".310 Wholesale businesses, including
storage buildings and warehouses, provided
that all such sales are to retailers or mer-
chants for the purpose of their own business
use or resale only and not to consumers or
the public in general."
SECTION 3.
That new Subsection 18.63.020.460 be, and the same is
hereby, added to Chapter 18.63 of Title 18 of the Anaheiv.Municipal
Code to read as follows:
".460 Wholesale businesses, including
storage buildings and warehouses, provided
that all such sales are to retailers ,or mer-
chants for the purpose of their own business
use or resale only and not to consumers or
the public in general."
SECTION 4.
-- The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and'be in full force.
