A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
ABD PUBLIG UTILI~~ PURPOS~S.

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and vub1ic utility
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERTA WEBER, an unmarried woman,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for rota .no pUb1!c ut~lity ~urno8e. ,
and more particular y describe as 0 lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and acroas the Westerly 32.00 feet of
the following described land:
The South hali' of the West hali' of the West half
of the Bortheaat quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, as aaid Sec-
tion is shown on a map reoorded in Book 51, Page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
