AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC79-114 determining that a change or changes
in tie zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing City
limit line of the City of Anaheim, said angle
point being the Northwesterly terminus of the
course described as "North 360 20' 55" West 25.00
feet" in Anaheim Hills Number 4 Annexation to the
City of Anaheim; thence, along said City limit
line Southeasterly, Easterly and Northeasterly
along the general Southerly and Southeasterly line
of said City limit line as established by Anaheim
Hills Annexation Numbers 4, 14, 91 122 27, 16, 13
and 15 to the City of Anaheim to the Southeasterly
terminus of the course described as "South 350 33'
12" East 381.37 feet" in said Anaheim Hills No.
15 Annexation; thence, along said course North 350
33' 12" West 0.68 feet, more or less, to the East-
erly line of the Southern California Edison Company
right-of-way described as Parcel 1 in document

in a document recorded in Book 9598, Page 893 of

East 1546.82 feet, more or less, to the Northerly
line of Parcel 1 as shown on maps recorded April 16,
1973 in State Highway Map Book No. 8, Pages 30
through 42, inclusive, records of said Orange County;

East 822.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave Southerly having a radius of 890.00 feet;
thence, continuing along said Northerly line through
a central angle of 141 12' 37" along the are of said
curve Easterly 220.74 feet to the boundary line of
State Highway No. 91 described as Parcel C2616-1
(Amended) in a document recorded in Book 9431, Page
619 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence,
along said boundary line North 810 52' 12" East 470.28
feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, concave South-
erly and having a radius of 700.00 feet, a radial line
of said curve to said point bears North 41 15' 10"
West; thence, continuing along said boundary and
said curve through a central angle of 291 05' 21"
along the arc of said curve Easterly 355.39 feet;
thence, continuing along said boundary line South 650
09' 49" East 253.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Northerly and having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence, continuing along said boundary line
through a central angle of 530 54' 24" along the are

the parcel of land shown on a map filed in Book 11,

said line has a bearing and distance as shown on said
map as "South 240 551 4511 East 933.10 feet"; thence,
along said Northeasterly line South 240 07' 1011 East
923.69 feet to the most Easterly corner of said parcel
of land; thence, along the Southeasterly line of said
parcel of land South 630 51' 05" West 2999.46 feet;
thence, leaving said Southeasterly line South 120 39'
5411 East 105.91 feet; thence, South 30 35' 4211 West
191.38 feet; thence, South 140 16' 31" West 523.15 feet;
thence, South 140 09' 0511 East 241.32 feet; thence,

line of the City of Anaheim, California, as established
by Serrano No. 1 Annexation, said point being in a non -
tangent curve, concave Northwesterly with a radius of
300.00 feet, a radial to said point bears South 35° 17'
1811 East; thence, along said boundary the following
courses; Northeasterly along said curve 3.90 feet
through a central angle of 00 441 4211, North 530 581 00"
East 216.70 feet, and North 100 27' S711 East 4.56 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1238.136 acres, more or less.
now is "COUNTY A-11' GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT ZONE, and
that it be changed to and incorporated in "RS -A-43,000"
RESIDENTIAL, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
