4031ORDINANCE NO. 4031
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REPEALING SECTIONS 4.90.010 TO 4.90.160
INCLUSIVE OF ORDINANCE NO. 4027 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
FALSE ALARMS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Sections 4.90.010, 4.90.020, 4.90.030, 4.90.040,
4.90.0502 4.90.060, 4.90.070, 4.90.0802 4.90.0903% 4.90.100,
4.90, 110, 4.90.120, 4.90.130, 4.90.1401 4.90.150, and 4.90.160
of Title 4, Chapter 4.90 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, enacted
by Ordinance No. 4027 relating to False Alarms be, and the
same are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1411-h day of August, 1979.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of.the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4031 on the 14th day of August, 1979.
