AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
determining that a change or changes in the
ao a or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and -requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lots 159 and 160 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract
as shown on a Map recorded in book 5,.pages 29
and 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, California, together with the
Southeasterly 20 feet of Santa Ana Street adjoining
said lots on the Northwest, as vacated by the
Board of Supervisors of Orange County on January
168 1917, as shown in Minute Book 12, page 372.
Excepting therefrom that .portion thereof lying
Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of the
._. land described in that certain Final Order of Con-
demnation, Superior Court Case No. 126804, a certi-
fied copy of which was recorded July 23,.1965 in
book 7605,'page 605, Official Records,
now is "RS -A-43,0.00" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and p4.ving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
.� 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $3.50 per front foot for street lighting pur-
poses,.said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That plans for the development of subject -property shall
be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee
on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and
architecturally.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its -adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days. from and after its
final passage,.it shall take effect and be in full force.
