AN ORDINANCE OF THE'.CI.TY OF ANAHEIM FIXING
AND LEVYING A PROPERTY TAXON ALL -PROPERTY

WITHIN THE CORPORAE LIMITS. OF THE 'CITY OF
ANAHEIM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR.1978-79.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS.:
SECTION -1..
That there. be,' and hereby is,-, fixed and levied a
property tax -for the fiscal .year. " 1978-79 of Seventy.=Three 'and
Tw.o.-Tenths -Cents. -($0.732): on each 'One Hundred Dollars ($100...00.)
of the assessed valuation of all- real and personal property
within the corporate 'limits. of the City of Anaheim, for the
ordinary annual expenditures,of said City.
SECTION 2..
That there be, and hereby is, -fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year 1978-79 of Fourteen and Seven -
Tenths. Cents -(.$0'.147) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
the ass-ess-ed valuation of all real and personal property within
the.'corporate limits of the. -City of Anaheim, for the purpose
of paying the annual interest on bonds -and such part -of the
principal as will become due before the proceeds of the next
general tax levy will bd available..
SECTION. 3 . .
That -the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim -shall
certify to the County.Auditor of Orange'.County, the foregoing
distribution of thetax rate of the City of Anaheim to be
extended by him on the:'1978-79 County. Assessment Roll for the'
collection thereof in the'same manner as County taxes.
SECTION 4.
The' -City Clerk shall certify to the passage.of this
Ordinance .and shall cause the same to. be printed once within
fifteen .'(15) days after. its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and
circulated in said City and itonediately upon and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
