`'hat Section 18.06.060 of Chapter 18.06, Title 18,
os' the Anaheim ilunicipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"18.06. 060 "TI14IT"� U1,1 NUMBER AIND TYPE, OF
PARKIi G SPACES.
'7'he minimum number of parking spaces
'Provided for any land use shall not be less than
the following numbers given for subject use(s);
provided, however, that any use not listed below
shall provide a minimum of one (1) space per each
employee on the largest work shift, plus such
additional Narking as is determined reasonably
necessary by the Planning Director to meet the
c�arking demand for such use. Where a combination
of uses is nroposed, the minimum number of spaces
'Provided shall be not less than the sum total of
the requirements for each individual type of use
to be established."
SECTIO1 2.
That new subsections .027 and .0267 be, and the
same are hereby, added to Section 18.06.060 of. Chanter 18.06,
Title 18, of the Anaheim.-unicipal Code to read as follows:
".0257 Racquetball and Tennis Facilities -
7" our (4) spaces per court"
".0267 Child Day-care Centers Preschools
and nurseries - One 1) space per each
employee -77 -us an on-site vehicle loading and
unloading, area for children"

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
