ANORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM -AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTER .18.•03, ,SECTION' 18.03.060
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PUBLIC HEARINGS ON'PETITIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.03,.Section 18.03.06.0 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to read as.follows:-
"18.03.060 PUBLIC HEARINGS ON PETITIONS.
Notice of time and place of public hearings upon any
reclassification, conditional use permit, -.variance, or
other similar permit, -or for revocation or modification
of the'same,. or -for the adoption of any precise plan or
master plan, or any amendment thereto, shall be'given
in the manner provided by the'statutes and laws -of the
State 'of California, no other notice being -required.
Said notice'shall contain a reference, by words or
diagram, to the nearest .street .intersection and the
direction of the project -s-ite 'in relation 'to said inter-
section."
SECTION -2.
The City Clerk shall. certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause'the'same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days. after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general -circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage,' it shall take effect and be in fill force.
