AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
78R-962 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should he made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lots 50, 51 and 52 of Tract No. 2180 as per
map recorded in Book 62, pages 31-32 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.

be changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERICAL, LIMITED ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Katella
Avenue and Walnut Street as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer; said sidewalk installation
shall not be required until such time as Katella Avenue is
widened.
