RESOLUTION NO. 5429
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEY1NG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY FURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ orfered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is ror the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the ofrer or MINNIE BERTHA DIERBERGER. a married
woman, as her sole and separate property,
to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calirornia,
to be used for road and ubIic utilit roses
and more particu arly described as fo lows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 10 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly 140 feet of the Westerly 160 feet of
the Northerly 290 feet of the swt of the NEt of the NWt of
Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
or said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be. and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
11th day of August, 1959..
