A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSIDER TO
VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to consider to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9
of the Streets and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as three
(3) easements for public road purposes generally known as (1) Magic
Way, lying between Walnut Street and Disneyland Drive, (2) Hotel
Way, lying north of Disney Way, and (3) Clementine Street, lying
south of Katella Avenue, each generally depicted on attachment
Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on April 16, 2024.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 27th day of February, 2024, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Aitken and Council Members Kurtz, Diaz, Leon, Rubalcava, Faessel and
Meeks
