public hearing having been given hy mail to all persons residing

it is p7oposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure,
at least ten days prio~ to the daLe fixed for said hearing, as the

ment roll; and

ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and con-
ducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to
be heard, and said Council having duly considered said application,
together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
ther6wiUl, does find that said application should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That tbe same deed restrictions be placed of
l'0cord on the property at 2013 Embassy Street,
upon which said house is to be moved, as have
been recorded on the adjacent property in
'1'ract No. 2299.
2. That Lot "13" fronting the property upon which
said house 1s to be moved, be deeded to the
City of Anaheim.

That a Record of Survey Map be recorded and
a copy thereof filed with the City of An~heim.

That all engineering requirements of the City
of AnaheLn, such as curbs and gutters, side-
walks, street grading and paving, drainage
facilities, or other pertinent work be complied
with as required. by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifica-
tions on 1'ile in the of'fice 01' the City Engineer.

California to 2013 Embassy Street, Anaheim, California, be, and

provIsions of Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code, relating to the moving of bu.Udings from a point within
