3886ORDINANCE NO. 3886 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council 75R-96 determining that zone or zones hereinafter mentioned as hereinafter set forth after duly of the report and recommendation of and did adopt its Resolution No. a change or changes in the and described.should he made noticed hearings and receipt the City Planning Commission; WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot Y of the Van de Graaff Tract, as shown on a 14ap recorded in Book 4, page -j40 of miscellaneous Records, record of Los Angeles County, California, and that portion of the land described- in escribedin the final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1869 in Book "B", page 410 of Judgments of t1e District Court of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Westerly boundary of said Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, distant thereon North 28° 54' 20" East, 163.80 feet from Station 68 of said boundary, said point being the intersection of said. bound=ary with the Westerly prolongation of -1- 74-75-21(2) ATTY-50 the Southerly line of said Van De Graaff Tract, thence South 89° 29' 55" East, 34.11 feet along said Westerly prolongation to a point on the Southeast- erly line of the land described as "PARCEL Y3-106" in the Final Order of Condemnation recorded September 11, 1972 in book, 10319, page 879 of Official Records, records of said Orange County, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGIMMING: thence along said South- easterly line of the following courses: North 28° 54' 20" ;past, 344.02 feet to the beginning of a tan- gent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 1230.00 feet; Northerly 266.72 feet along said curve through a central angle of 12° 25' 28"; South 73° 31' 08" East, 15.00 feet along the Easterly pro- longation of a radial line of said curve to a non - tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 1245.00 feet, a radial line of said curve bears South 730 31' 08" East; and Northerly 65.78 feet along said curve through a central angle of 30 01' 38" to said Westerly boundary; thence leaving said Southeasterly line and along said Westerly boundary North 280 54' 20" East, 65.47 -feet to the Southerly line of the land described as "PARCEL Y3-106.1" in said Final Order of Condemnation; thence North 760 18' 59" East, 247.72 feet along said Southerly line to the Easterly terminus thereof; thence 'elorth 130 41' 01" West 30.00 feet along the Easterly line of said "PARCEL Y3-106.1" to the Southerly line of Cerritos Avenue, E40.00 feet wide, as c'escribe% in deee, to the Co,,mty of Orange, recorced Aovember 5, 1925 in book 614, page: 63 of Dear's of said Orange County; thence along said Cerritos Avenue llor-"_:, z :1_r 750 13' 59" hast, 02.61 Feet; thence Soutxi 00 30' 05" 'rIest, 776.26 to said Southerly line of the Van de Graaff Tract; thence Norti 89* 29' 55" ti°fast, 539.09 feet along said Southerly line and its West- erly prolongation to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, now is NRS -A-431000" RE-SIDENTIAT-./1:G-?ICUTTU1%!L LOim and that it be ciiaaSed -to and incorporates. in "IM" LIH;ITED rIMUSTa:IM, ZDi�y, subject to tile. follo-v7ing conditions: ons: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of Public T.Ior.�s. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to cormencement of structural framing. 4. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 6. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be com- plied with prior to the issuance of a building permit. 7. That Condition Nos. 2, 4 and 5, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTIOtd 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning idap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
