AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC78-93 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones ere na ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
A.portion of Lot 20 of Tract No. 190, City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 23,
page 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, bounded as follows:
On theWest-by a line parallel with the east
line df Section 22, in Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base .and Meridian,.and
distant westerly 100.8.00 feet therefrom measured
at right angles; on the south by the north line
of the south 175 feet of said lot 20; on the.
northeast by the northeasterly boundary of the
land conveyed to Leo Freedman by deed recorded
June 1, 1955, in book 3088, page 167, Official
Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County, and on the north by the
north line of said Lot 20.

be .changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, .
subject' .to the :following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along
Clementine :Street and Arlo Way as required by the .City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file-In the .Office .of. the City Engineer.
2.. That .subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.-
3. That drainage of .subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the' :City Engineer..
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance 'Pith approved plans on file-with the .office. 'of .the
Director of Public .Works.. -
5. That appropriate water assessment .fees. as
determined by. the' :Director 'of Public: Utilities shall be. paid
to the' 'City of .Anaheim prior to the issuance .of a building
permit..
6. , That .fire hydrants shall be installed and
charged as required and determined to: be. necessary by. the
Chief of the Fire. Department prior to. commericment -of structur-
al framing.
7.. That .driveway accesses. on Clementine Street
shall- be. constructed in accordance with .the 'requirements. of
the :City Traffic' Engineer. to. provide 'safe vehicular circulation
along Clementine Ztreet..-
8. That .Condition Nos. 1, .2, ' .3, 4 -and 7, above-.
mentioned, shall be complied with prior -to final building and
zoning inspections.

The' 'City. Zoning Map shall be.,. and the :same is hereby, .
amended and the' property above-described shall be. excluded from
the':zone in which'it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part .of the. :zone :or zones: as above .set..forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby. adopted and the .City. Engineer
is he'reb:y directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be. added
to the .City Zoning Map showing the::changes. hereby approved and
adopted.

-SECTION- 3.
The :City. Clerk shall certify to the passage 'of this
Ordinance and shall cause- the .same '.to be printed once 'within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,.
a newspaperof general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30.). days from and afterits
final passage,. it shall take: effect and be in full force..
