AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafFer mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to.Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of Lot 27 of Anaheim Extension, in
the City of Anaheim as shown on a map of survey
made by William Hamel in 1868 and filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, described as follows: Beginning at a
point in the center line of Vermont Avenue,
distant thereon 162.09 feet Northeasterly from
its intersection with the center line of Palm
Street and running thence Northeasterly along
said center line of Vermont Avenue, 75 feet;
thence Southeasterly parallel with the Easterly
line of the parcel of land described in Certificate
of Title No. 7725, in the Office of the Registrar
of Land Titles. of said Orange County, and the
extensions of said line, 257 feet; thence South-
westerly parallel with the center line of Vermont
Avenue, 75 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel
with the Easterly line of the parcel of land
described in said Certificate of Title No. 77259

and the extensions of said land, 275 feet to the
point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
Northwesterly portion included in Vermont Avenue.
now is "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED
ZONE, subject to the .following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Vermont
Avenue as required by the'City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.
2. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the east and south property lines.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the .City Engineer.
5. That appropriate water assessment fees as
determined by the Director of Public Utilities shall be paid
to the .City of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
6. That .subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
7. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 above-
mentioned, shall be .complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
.SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the .property above-described shall be'excluded from
the .zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above .set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the' City Zoning Map showing the .changes hereby approved and
adopted.
.SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the .same to -be printed once within
fifteen (15) days -after-its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,

a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
