AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
73R-523 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lot 6 of Tract No. 1569, City of Anaheiri., in the
County of Orarhgel State of California, as per zap
recorded in Book A-71 Pace 17, Miscellaneous Maes,
in the office of t`le County Recorder of said County.

1. That the sidewalks shall be ins-#'.alled along 3roo:.hurst
Street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City .Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided: in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director
of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and. determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Depart; -:tent.
4. That a six-foot masonry crall shall be constructed along
all boundaries separating CL and RS -7200 properties.
5. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent proper-
ties.
6. That any parking area lighting proposed. shall be down -
lighting of a maxizaura height of six feet, which lighting shall
be directed array from the property lines to protect the resider_ -
tial integrity of the area.
7. That tze final parking plan shall be approved' by t[he
Planning Department ant. any landscaped areas in the Parking area
