AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 1 determining that a change or
changes --In the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the -City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 240, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map re-
corded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous daps,
records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFRO.'Z the North 203 feet of the West
203 feet thereof.
now is "IT -Q11 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE and that it be changed to and
incorporated in the "CL" C=14ERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:

1. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of'the Fire
Departmentr prior to commencement of structural framing.
2. That subject property shall be served by underground
--- utilities.
3. That the proposed driveway on Ball Road will be aligned
with the existing driveway to the shopping center located on the
north side of Ball Road, as recommended by the City Traffic Engi-
neer,
4. That a six (6.) foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the south property line; and that the block wall height
shall be increased to six feet along the east property line, pro-
vided that the existing carport walls along portions of the east
property line satisfy the block wall requirement at such specific
locations.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation,.printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this13th- _ day of June
1978.
