AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. Pc7R-27 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafFer mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the North half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & Pi., in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11, of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of
that certain strip of land 73.00 feet in width,
described in deed to Orange County Flood Control
District recorded May 25, 1960, in Book 5258, Page
560, of Official Records.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the East 40.00 feet,
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONEI subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants'shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.

31 That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees.
as determined to be appropriate by the -City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That appropriate water assessment fees, as determined
by the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid to the City of
Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7. That the subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 21, and that any mod-
ifications thereto shall be submitted to the Planning Commission
for their review and approval prior to the issuance of building
permits.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be; and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the. zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning 14ap, asamended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30). days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
