AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
77R-537 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report
and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making.of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOWT THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, airended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps shoving such change or changes as
follows:
That portion of the Northwest one quarter of the
Northwest one quarter of Section 23-, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.& M., described as
follows: .
Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Section 23 which bears North 890 37' 25" East
663.12 feet from the Northwest corner of said
Section 23, said point being the true point of
beginning; thence continuing along the North line
of said Section 231, North'890 37' 25" East 238.10
feet; thence South.00 11' 45" East 863.57 feet to
a point in the Northeasterly line of the Pacific
Electric Railway Right of Way; thence along said
Northeasterly line North 530 21' 57" West 297.47
feet; thence North 00 11' 45" West 423.50 feet;
thence North 890 37' 25" East 178.10 feet to a
point in a curve concave to the Northwest; a
radial line through said point bears South 730
03' 01" East; thence Northerly along said curve
having a radius -of 225.00 feet through a central
angle of 170 08' 44", a length of 76.33 feet;

beginning of a tangent curve concave to the South-
west; thence along said curve having a radius of
15.00 feet through a central angle of 900 10' 50"
a length of 23.61 feet; thence South 890 37' 25"
West 173.05 feet; thence North 00 11' 45" West
53.00 feet to the true point of beginning,
now is "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in "RS -5000" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAIULY ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
2. That a final tract map of subject property shall be sub-
mitted to and approved by the City Council and hien be recorded in
the Office of the Orange County Recorder, prior to issuance of
building permits.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning ;:tap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forta, and said City
Zoning 24ap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap -to be added
to the City Zoning :tap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in t Le Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, print -e%, published and cir-
