AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEAL-

RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSE TAXES.
FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF VEE CITY OF AIAHEI T DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.44.010 of Title 31 Chapter 3.44 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION Z.
That new Section 3.44.010 be, and the same is hereby,
added to Title 3, Chapter 3.44 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
read as follows:
"3.44.010 APART1,M ii HOUSES --FIVE OR 1WUROLEI
APAR!M-- N"'S
Every person conducting, i.u-mag-
ing or carrying on the business of operating
an apartment house containing five or more
apartments shall pay an annual license tars of
fifty cents for each apartment."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in'the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and as=ter its
final passage, it shall tale effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING OPnI17,7LI:CE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of March ,
1978.
