AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1: The West 80 feet of that portion of
the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 15,.in Township 4.South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
by Charles T. Healey, upon survey made by him
about 18701, for the Sterns Ranchos Company, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said
Section, 2366.76 feet North from the Southeast
corner thereof; thence West 660 feet to the West
line of the East half of the East half of the
Southeast'quarter of said Section 15; thence
North to the North line of said Southeast quarter
of Section 15; thence East 660 feet to the East
line of said Section 15; thence South to the
point of beginning,
now is "RS -A-43,0.00" RESIDMITIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "RTZ -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE
FAMILY ZONE subject to the following conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with'the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined by the City Council, -said fees to be paid at the
time the building permit is issued.
5. That appropriate water assessment fees as determined
by the Director of Public Utilities shall be paid to the City
of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
6. That a six (6.) foot high concrete block wall shall be
constructed along the west property line and all parking spaces
shall be provided in accordance with established City standards.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which'it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its
final passage,.it shall take effect and be in full force.
