AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
followss
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wits
THAT PORTION OF THE WEST 5.13 ACRES OF THE NORTH HALF
OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, IN THE
RANCHO LOS COYOTES, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF
ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A 1AAP THEREOF
RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 111, MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 24, SAID POINT BEING 328.90
FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF: THENCE CON-
TINUING SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST
QUARTER 165.41 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LAND
CONVEYED TO CHARLES E. MULLINS, A SINGLE 14AN, BY DEED
RECORDED AUGUST 24, 1948, IN BOOK 1691 PAGE 250, OFFI-
CIAL RECORDS: THENCE SOUTH 890 59' 11" EAST ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID LAND CONVEYED TO CHARLES E. MULLINS,
A SINGLE MAN, 338.71 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER
THEREOF: THENCE NORTH 00 12' 35" EAST 270.46 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 890 59' 42" WEST 146.00 FEET; THENCE
SOUTH 00 12' 35" WEST 105.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 890-
59' 42" WEST 192.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,

now is in "RS -A-43,0.00" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and "CL"
COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated
in the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.
2.. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as
required and determined to be'necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
S. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be'appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That a six-foot (61) masonry wall shall be constructed
along the south property line.
SECTION' .2..
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as -above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, .is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this d of_,
