A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City o~
Anaheim has hereto~ore duly passed and adopted a resolution de-
claring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, and did ~ix a time and
place for the holding o~ a public hearing thereon in the manner
and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code, and did duly hold and conduct such public hearing to consider
said proposed change of zone or zone~and did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days ~ollowing
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by
~ormal resolution its ~indings o~ facts and declare its opinions
and reasons ~or recommending an amendment to said Article IX,
Chapter 2 of the Anaheim MuniCipal Code to effect the proposed
changes in the boundaries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and
described; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon
~ix the 4th day of ~aust , 19-52-, as the time and
the Council Chamber in the Ci y Hall of the City o~ Anaheim as the
place for a public hearing upon said proposed change of zone or
zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed ~or said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon con-
sider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does ~ind and determine that
the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone in
which it is now situated to a different zone or zones, as herein-
a~ter set forth, is more suitable for the zone in which it is now
incorporated, and that a change of zone should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o~
the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in
the City o~ Anaheim, County of Orange, State o~ Cali~ornia,
described as follows, to wit~
The West 194.00 feet of the following described parcel
of land:
The North 10 acres of the South 20 acres of the South-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
EXCEPTING the North 100.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the North-
west quarter of said Section 21, distant North 561.22
feet from the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter

of said Section 21; thence North 890 581 00" East
19~.OO feet; thence South 60.00 feet; thence South
89 581 00" West 126.01 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly, Southwesterly and
Southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 890 58' 00" a distance of 23.55 feet; thence West
53.00 feet to the Westerly line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 21; thence North 74.96 feet
to the point of beginning.
