RESOLUTION NO. 5399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING SPECIAL
USE PEFfriIT NO. 42 TO MRS. ELIZABETH
LANCASTER TO ESTABLISH A TRAILER PARK
ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
'tillEREAS, the C1 ty Planning Commi ssion of the Oi ty of
Anaheim did receive an application from Mrs. Elizabeth Lancaster,
1338 Atlantic Boulevard, Long Beach, California, for a Special Use
Permit to establish a deluxe 65-space trailer park, with recrea-
tion building, swimming pool, play area and utility buildings on
the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California:
The North one-halr of' the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section Fourteen,
Township Four South, Range Eleven West,
S.B.B.& Iv1.
AND lifHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
application on June 29, 1959, notices of which said public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section
1200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
wEEREAS, said Conwission, after due inspection, investi-
gation and stuc.ies made by itself and in its behalf and after due
consideration of all evidence a~d reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt ::its Resolution No. 273--Series 1958-59, granting Special
Use Permit No. L~2, subject. to the condition therein set forth; and
\1HERF~S, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from the
date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect,
upon its OWYl motion, to review the action of the City Planning
Commission in gl'sntir,g said Special Use Permit and did thereupon
fix the L~th day of August, 1959, as the time and the Council Chamber
in the Ci ty Hall of tbe City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said Special Use Permit, and notice of such public
hearing was duly gIven as required by law and the provisions of
Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Nunicipal Code; and
'IVHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
nea.ring, the Oity Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
lind did [1 va all persons i.nterested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council 1'inds, after careful considera-
tion of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all
evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that said Special Use
Permit should be granted upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
set fort!".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE::,OLVED by the Ci ty Council of the
Ci ty 01:' Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission
granting said Special Use Permit, be, and the same is hereby
approved, and that SPECIAL USE PERl"IIT NO. 42 be, and the same is
\lerE;by, granted to Mrs. Elizabeth Lancaster', 1338 Atlantic Boulevard,
Long Beach, California, to establish a deluxe 65-space trailer park,

1. That said trailer park be developed or
constructed as !)8r tt:e layout presented
to the City Council and on file with the
City of Anaheim.
2. Tna t; all ene:;ineering requirements of the
Ci ty of Anahoirn alor,-g Stanton Avenue, such
as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities or
other pertinent work, be complied with as
required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the office of the City Engineer.
j. That Uk' owner of' subject property pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per
unit 01' space, to he used for park and re-
creation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is granted.
'I'he G1 ty Council 1:1e1"8uy reserves the right to revoke
such Special Use Permit for good cause or failure of said owner,
her successors or assigns to comply with the Anaheim Municipal
Code and rogulations and the conditions herein.
