AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AWHEIM AMEND—
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONIPaG,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS,.the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
77R-536 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth, after duly noticed hearings -and receipt of the report.
and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the land allotted to Paula Peralta
Dominguez,. as described in the final Decree of Par-
tition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, entered
on September 12, 1868 in Book "B", Page 410 of
Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial
District in and for Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 12 in
Tract -8466, as shown on a map recorded in Book 392
Page 32 through 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; thence continuing East along the
South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 14.67 feet
to the true Point of Beginning; thence North 900 00'
00" Fast, 493.79 feet; thence North 270 28' 42" East,
a distance of 362.72 feet; thence South 74° 34' 00"
West, 135.50 feet; thence North 760 05' 00" West, a
distance of 92.00 feet; thence South 59° 22' 00"
West, 212.00 feet; thence South 79° 22' 00" West, a
distance of 66.00 feet; thence South 530 46' 00", a
distance of 68.00 feet; thence South 420 30' 00"
West, 188.00 feet, back to the Point of Beginning,

DOR Oi%RLAY) ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in
"RS-HS-22,000(SC)" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE (SCENIC
CORRIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE# subject to the following condition:
That the owner(s.) of subject property shall pay to the
-' City of Anaheim appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as
determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to. be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which'it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
'SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30). days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of January ,
1978 .
