AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC77-166 determining that a change or changes
in a zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing. the
boundaries of the zones set forth in -said Title 18*by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
Nit:
PARCEL ONE - That portion of the Northwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per lelko filed in Book 51,
Page 1 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as begin-
ning at the Northeast corner of Lot 117 of Tract No.
2655, as per Map recorded in Book 79, Pages 1 through
4 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County; thence North 000 10' 26" West 52.00
feet along the Northerly prolongation of the East line
of said Lot 117, being also the Westerly right of way
of Laxore Street as shown on the bap of said Tract
2655, to the true point of beginning, said point being
the beginning of a curve concave Easterly having a
radius of 330.00 feet; thence Northerly 53.15 feet
along said curve, and said Westerly right of way,
through a central angle of 90 13' 39"; thence Contin-
uing along said Westerly right of way North 090 03'
13" East 34.18 feet to the beginning of a curve con-
cave Westerly, having a radius of 270.00 feet; thence

continuing Northerly 41.51 along said Westerly right
of way to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 116 of said
Tract No. 2655; thence along the Southerly line of
said Lot 116 South 89° 39' 00" I -lest 13.24 feet to the
intersection of the Northerly prolongation of the East-
erly line of said Lot 117; thence South 00° 10' 26"
East 127.94 feet along said Northerly prolongation to
the true point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO - The South 180.00 feet of the West 120.00
feet of the East half of the northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 11 Nest, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page
11 of Miscellaneous baps, racords of Orange County,
California,
now is in "RS -A-438000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURU ZONE and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "RS -7200" RESIDES?TIAL, SIYGLE-
FAThIILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all lots within this subdivision shall be served by
underground utilities.
2. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning L?ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from.
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTI.ON 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated 'in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage,.it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of January ,
1978.
