AN .ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1491 RELATING TO RECLASSIFI-
CATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-18.
WHEREAS,' the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 1491 rezoning certain real prop-
erty described in Reclassification Proceedings No. F-59-60-18,.
subject to the conditions set forth in said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said real property have requested
the City Council to amend certain conditions of approval set forth
in said Ordinance; and
wHEREAS, the City Council finds -that -it is in the public
interest and welfare to amend said Ordinance in the manner herein-
after specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Condition No. 1 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1491
be, and the'same is hereby, deleted.
'SECTION' 2.
That Condition No. 5 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1491
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"5. That a final parcel or tract map for said property shall
be filed by the owner and approved by the City prior to development
of the property."
SECTION 3.
That, except as specifically amended herein, said Ordi-
nance No. 1491 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4,
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0). days from and after its
final passage,.it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd I day of January ,
1976.
