A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT N. ANDERSON, an unmarried
man. as his sole and sefarate property'
to sell to the City of naheim the fa lowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utilitr purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Easterly three (3) feet of the Westerly 53.00
feet of the Southerly 117.00 feet of the Northerly
336.25 feet of the South one-half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base
& Meridian.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
