A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and pUblie utility
purtloses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GEORGE W. FARR. an unmarried man,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utiltiy purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 60.00 feet of that parcel
of land described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., as shown
on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described
as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said
Southeast quarter; thence North 675.00 feet along the
West line of said Southeast quarter; thence East 573.51
feet parallel with the South line of said Southeast
quarter; thence South 0016'30" East 675.11 feet to the
South line of said Southeast ~uarter and the true point
of beginning; thence East 150.00 feet along said South
line; thence North 0016'30" West 310.00 feet parallel
with said line having a bearing of "South 0016'30" East";
thence West 150.00 feet parallel with said South line;
thence S. 0016'30" East 310.00 feet to the true point
of' beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($I.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
