RESOLUTION NO. ~191
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha S offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CRESCENT SOUTHERN BAPTIST CHURCH
Of ANAHEIM, CALIfORNIA, a corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public uti 1 i ty purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Westerly 32 feet of the North two (2) acres of the
South seven (7) acres of the West half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($I.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
