h. RESOLUTION OF 'rHE CITY COUj~CIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIH CERTAIN
I1EAL PI10PERTY FOI1 AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY pURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
lltility pllT'pOSeS ; and
\iHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
\1THEREAS, the Oi ty Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, 'rHEfillFORE, BE II' RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MARJORIE B. GILLE SMITH, a marT'ied

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to 1e used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 60 feet of that parcel of
land described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Section 19,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., said point
being South 0027' West 600.00 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section lq" runnin~ thence from said
point of beginning South 09054'40' West parallel to
the North line of said Section 19, 175.00 feet to a
point; thence South 0027' West, parallel to the East
line of said Section 19, 265.91 feet to a point in
the Northerly line of that certain parcel of land des-
cri bed in. deed recorded .rul-:r 28, 1897 in Book 31, Page
62 of Deeds; thence North 58038'20" East along said
Northerly line 205.93 fest to a point in the East line

of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
