RESOLUTION NO. 5376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 4973 IN RECLASSI-
FICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-58-59-30.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim did heretofore, to wit, on the 13th day of January,
1959, adopt Resolution No. 4973 in reclassification pro-
ceedings No. F-58-59-30, finding and determining that the
property and area described in said resolution should be
changed from R-A, Residential-Agricultural Zone to C-l,
Neighborhood-Commercial Zone; and
'WHEREP.S, the City Council does find that the
ovmers of Parcels Nos. 4 and 6 are not willing to comply
with the conditions of Resolution No. 4973 at this time,
and that said parcels should be excluded from said resolu-
tion and said reclassification; and that the owners of
said Parcels Nos. 4 and 6 consent to the exclusion thereof
from said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of .A.naheim that Resolution No. 4973
in reclassification proceedings No. F-58-59-30 be, and
the same is hereby, amended by deleting Parcels Nos. 4 and
6 of the real property described therein, and that the
description of the real property in said resolution be
changed to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHEH HESOLVED that in all other respects said reso-
lution be and remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object
herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
