\'JHEHEAS, heretofore to wit, on the 26th day of May,
1959, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 5247, in
FteclassLfication Proceedings No. F-58-59-B5, approving the
reclassification of the property therein described and changing
it from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICuLTURAL ZONE to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-
;.:Ol'lIiviERCIAL ZONE, sub,:ect to the conditions specified in said
resolutio1i; and
WHEREAS, Ue City Flanning Commission did find and
determine that the area included in these proceedings is covered
by a previous application, and, with the consent of the appli-
cant, did recommend to the City Council that said proceedings
i'or the reclassif'ication of said property be withdrawn and
terminated; and
VvHEFEAS, the City Council does find that an ordinance
has never been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said reclassification proceedings;
