A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public utility
~urDoses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property has ofrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

over, under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet of
the following described land;
The Easterly 96.00 feet of the Westerly 600.88 feet
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as sho.m on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County.

City or Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
or said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the ownerS
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
