A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property haJL offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. HENRY, a si~le man,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, being that portion of Lot 2 of the
Joseph Fiscus Subdivision as per map thereof reoorded
in Book 8, Page 73 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2;
thence North 89055'46" East along the North line
thereof, 30.00 feet; thence South 44051'05" West
14.12 feet to a line parallel with the West line
of said Lot 2 and distant Easterly 20.00 feet
therefrom, measured at right angles; thence South
0013'36" East along said parallel line 59.75 feet;
thence South 44046'24" West 28.28 feet to a point
on said West line distant South 0013'36" East 19.00
feet from the intersection of the oenterline of Palais
Road with said West line as indioated on the map of
Tract 3011, recorded in Book 94, Pages 12 and 13 of
Misoellaneous Maps, Records of said County; thence
North 0013'36" West along said West line 89.80 feet
to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
