MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:

That the buildings to be constructed on subject
property be erected essentially as per the plans
submitted to the City Council and on file with
the City of Anaheim.
That the owner of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restrictions
approved by the City Attorney, which restrictions
shall limit all buildings constructed on said pro-
perty to one story in height.
That the owner of subject property deed to the City
of Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width, from
the center line of the street, along Loara Street
for street widening purposes.
(a) That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or
other pertinent work, be complied with as requlred
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount
and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be posted
with the City to guarantee the installation of said
engineering requirements.

That the owner of subject property pay to the City of
Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes.
That the owcner of subject property pay to the City of
Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per unit for all dwellings
constructed on subject property, for the acquisition
of park and recreation sites, said sum to be paid at
the time the building permit is granted.
That Conditions Nos. 2, 3, 4(b) and 5 above mentioned
shall be complied with within a period of 90 days from
date hereof, or such further time as the City Council
may grant.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code toaccomplish
the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this
