desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for power poles
and power lines

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POWER POLES AND
POWER LINES
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to t e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DALE I. SELLON, a married
man, as his sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for power poles
and power lines
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for electrical power poles and power lines
over, under and across a strip of land 5 feet in width
lying within that portion of Lot 4 in Block B of Tract
13, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 9, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
the Southerly and Westerly lines of said 5 foot strip
being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence
Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot 4, 250.44
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 89°
58' 13" West, 100 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the
Easterly line of said Lot 4 a distance of 153 feet to a
point of terminus.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
