A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND ~IC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
p~o..s ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LOUIS MOnUROD and ELlZABE!rH

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 60 feet of that portion
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.,
described as follows:
IARCiL,3: Beginning at a point in the East line of said
ection 19, South 0027' West 280 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section 19, said point also being the
Northeast corner of the land described in the deed to
Earl Singleton and wife, recorded May 16, 1949 in Book
1843, Page 420, Official Records; thence from said point
of beginning South 0027' West along said East line, 120
feet; thence South 89054'40" West, parallel to the North
line of said Section 19, 175 feet to a point in the West
line of said land conveyed to Singleton and wife; thence
North 0027' East along the West line of said land con-
veyed to Singleton and wife, 120 feet to the Northwest
corner thereof; thence North 89054'40" East along the
North line of said land conveyed to Singleton and wife,
175 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
