RESOLUTION NO. 5333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO MAKE NO
CHANGE IN THE ZONING OR RESTRICTIONS ON THE
PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
recommending denial of a change in the boundaries of the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, but recommending
that any deed restrictions deemed necessary be imposed on the
property by the City Council, after having fixed a time and
place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner
and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Muni-
cipal Code, and after having duly held and conducted such public
hearing to consider said proposed change of zone or zones, and
after having received evidence and reports from persons inter-
ested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its
opinions and reasons for recommending that said proposed change
in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned
and described be denied, and that any deed restrictions deemed
necessary be imposed on the property by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon
fix the 7th day of July, 1959, as the time and the CouncIl
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place
for a public hearing upon said proposed change of zone or zones
and said imposition of restrictions, and did give notice thereof
in the manner and as provided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone in
which it is now situated to a different zone, is more suitable
for the zone or zones in which it is now incorporated, and that
no change of zone should, therefore, be made and no restrictions
imposed on the property limiting the use thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that no change be made in the zoning of the
property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:

The West 200 feet of that portion of the West half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. & M., consisting of 303.59 feet frontage on
Lincoln Avenue and 301.1 feet frontage on Bel Air
Street.
(Said property is located at 829l Lincoln Avenue,
Anaheim, California.)

and that no deed restrictions be imposed on subject property
limiting the use thereof, but that said property remain in the
C-3, HEAVY-COMMERCIAL ZONE in which it is now incorporated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of July, 1959.
