RESOLUTION NO. 5325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND ?UBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the ownerS of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LANDS AND BUILDING~, INC.,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and nublic utility ourooses ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under end i- cross that Darcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The 1,'lester~y 45.00 feet of the v.Test half of the
North half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
R&nge 11 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 134.00 feet.
Also excepting therefrom the Westerly 190.00
feet of the Northerly 216.00 feet,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of thfr City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
