A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGRE~~ENT WITH THE
ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
GRANTING TO THE CITY A LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT,
l1AINTAIN AND USE AN ELECTRIC SUPPLY LINE ACROSS
OR ALONG THE PRElvrrSES OF SAID RAILWAY COMPANY
AT OR NEAR THE STATION OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company, a Kansas corporation, has tendered to the City or
Anaheim a license agreement dated Juno 19, 1959, licensing and
permitting the City of Anaheim to construct, maintain and use
an electric supply line containing a maximum or three conductors,
across or alons the premises or the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company at or near the station or Fullerton, Orange
Count;;,", CalifoNJia, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions
contained in said agreement, the location of said electric supply
line and the kind and gauge of said conductors, the phase, fre-
quency and voltage of the electric circuit carried thereon being
more particularly sho~m upon the print of said Railway Company No.
L-3-23548, marked "Exhibit A", attached to and made a part of said
license agreement; and
WHERFAS, said license a:reement has this day been sub-
mitted to the City Councn for consideration and the City Council
does find and determine that it would be for the benefit and best
interest of the City of Anaheim to enter into said license agree-
ment with the said railway company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the License Agreement dated June 19, 1959,
tendered to the City of Anaheim by the AtChison, Topeka and Santa
Pe Railway Company, a Kansas corporation, licensing and permitting
the City of Anaheim to construct, maintain and use an electric
supply line containing a maximum of three conductors, across or
along the premises of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company at or near the station o~ Ml1lerton, Orange County, Calir-
ornia, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions therein con-
tained, the location of said electr'ic supply line and the kind and
c;auge of said conductors, the :Ohase, frequency and voltage of the
electric circuit carried thereon beinG more particularly shown upon
the print of said Hailway Company No. L-3-23548, marked "Exhibit A",
attached to and made a part of said license agreement, be, and the
same is hereby approved and accepted.
AND B.2: IT FURTHER HESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement above
mentioned for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
