1. That the owners of subject property place of reoord standard City
of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restriotions, approved by the City Attorney.
2. That the owners of subjeot property deed to the City of Anaheim a
strip of land 45 feet in width, from the oenter line of the street,
along Raster Street, for street widening purposes.
3. (a) That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such
as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage
faoilities, or other pertinent work be complied with as required by
the City Engineer and in aocordance with standard plans and speoifi-
oations on file in the offioe of the City Engineer; and (D) that a
bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be
posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said eDgineer-
ing requirements.
4. That the owners of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim the
sum of '2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
5. That the owners of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim the
sum of '25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation
purposes, which amount shall be collected as a part of the building
permit.
6. That the final map of Tract No. 3419, in which subjeot property is
included, be recorded.
7. That all of the above oonditions, with the exception of Conditions
No. 3(a) and 5, be complied with within a period of ISO days from
date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
