A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
62R -1099 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -43.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on Decem-
ber 18, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R-1099 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 62 -63 -43 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD- COIMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 62R -1099
reads as follows:
"4. That the owners of subject property shall
place of record City of Anaheim c -1 Deed
Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall limit the C -1 uses
of subject property to business and
professional offices only."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property, through
his authorized representative, has requested that consent be
given to amend the C -1 Deed Restrictions placed of record on
January 3, 1963, as required in said Condition No. 4, to permit
the establishment of a wedding chapel and dining facilities on
subject property; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council does find that said request should be granted,
and that Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 62R -1099 should be
amended to include a wedding chapel and dining facilities in
the permitted C -1 uses of subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -1099 in Re-
classification Proceedings No. 62 -63 -43 be, and the same is
hereby amended by amending Condition No. 4 thereof to provide
that the C -1 Deed Restrictions shall limit the C -1 uses of
subject property to business and professional offices, and a
wedding chapel and dining facilities only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim, to sign a consent to the amendment of said
C -1 Deed Restrictions as herein approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 62R -1099 be, and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
