A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUIT-
CLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of J. H. BEATTY, a widower
to quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for municipal purposes, and
more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 12, Townsip 4 South,
Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana as per map thereof recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County, SAVE AND EXCEPT the following described
property:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said

feet from the Northwest corner thereof, thence
