An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
the Westerly 53.00 feet, as measured at right angles from the centerline
of Dowling Avenue, and the Southerly 53.00 feet, as measured at right
angles from the centerline of La Palma Avenue, being a portion of the
following described parcel of land: The Westerly 10 acres of the South-
erly 20 acres of Lot 15 in Block K of Kraemer Tract, as per Map recorded
in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
EXCEPT the North 25.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof lying Easterly of the West line of a
strip of land 105.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of La Palma Avenue, North 73 °09'45"
East 413.52 feet from its intersection with the centerline of Dowling
Street, as said intersection is shown in County Surveyor's Transit Book
123, page 40, on file in the office of the County Surveyor of said County,
said point being on a non tangent curve concave Easterly and having a
radius of 4,000 feet, a radial line to said point bears North 82 °18'28"
West; thence Northerly 273.42 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 3 °54'59 thence tangent to said curve North 11 °36'31" East,
1290.26 feet; as conveyed to the Orange County Flood Control District by
deed recorded February 7, 1961 in Book 5621, page 86 of Official Records.
ALSO EXCEPT therefrom the Westerly 203 feet of the Southerly 203 feet.
Said distances are measured parallel to the Westerly and Southerly line
of Lot 15 respectively.
For the purpose of this description, the West line of said Lot 15 is as-
sumed to be the centerline of said Dowling Avenue, and the South line of
said Lot 15 is assumed to be the centerline of La Palma Avenue.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
